Production Time

It takes between three and five business days to create and ship all products.

What are Your Shipping Options?

• Pensacola area - We will either deliver your purchase to your door or arrange for you to pick it up at a convenient location in Pensacola. NOTE: Our shopping cart requires you to enter an address under shipping but then gives you the “Pensacola Pickup - No Charge” option.

• Standard - We ship photo prints via USPS Priority mail. Canvas, Metal, and Acrylic prints ship via UPS Ground. Transit times are usually 2 - 7 business days in the lower 48 states.

• Expedited (2-3 days) or Overnight (1 day). Email me via my Contact page or call me at (850) 462-3115 to request a quote to upgrade to Expedited or Overnight.

Warranty

I want you to be thrilled with your purchase! All orders have a 100% Money Back Guarantee to be free of defects (i.e. bent, warped, ripped, scratched, or other blemishes).

 To discuss any issues with your order and to get a Return Authorization email me via the Contact page or call me at (850) 462-3115 within 10 days of delivery.

With a Return Authorization you must return your order in the same condition as you received it within 30 Days to receive a replacement.

Do you offer digital downloads?

Sorry, to protect our copyright we do not offer downloads of any of our images.

Do you license images for commercial use?
