What could be more iconic of Pensacola Beach then the famous Pensacola Beach sign urging travelers on Gulf Breeze Parkway to
“take a break from it all” and shoot out to the beach for a day of fun in the sugar white sands!

The first beach sign was built in the early 1960’s and when damaged by hurricane Ivan in 2004, was replaced by the second beach sign, shown in this image.

A third iteration of the Pensacola Beach Sign (complete with LED lights) was installed in 2019. I like the analog version better!
